Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product and the service we provide, we are unable to conduct exchanges or returns. But refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, typically if the product was faulty upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your order must fall into one of the following categories:

  • The cans have experienced damage beyond general cosmetic damage

Refunds will not be given if the exterior packaging was damaged but the cans experienced nothing more than cosmetic damage. If you have any questions regarding your order or if it qualifies for a refund then please email hello@boozebox.co.uk.

To start the refund you’ll need to email us at hello@boozebox.co.uk with your order number as well as images of the condition of your order. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged beyond cosmetic damage/wear and tear or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your query is concerning a live order please email hello@boozebox.co.uk with your order number, emails regarding live orders sent to another address will not be acknowledged or processed.
