How can we help?

I ordered today, will my box arrive tomorrow?

Yes! If you've ordered your Booze Box before 4pm Monday to Friday, it will arrive the next working day, so keep an eye out for that boozy delivery!

NB: If you place an order after 4pm, your order will be shipped out the next working day.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is free for mainland UK! If you place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday, your delivery will always arrive the next working day! Shipping to Scottland and Wales will come with extra charges imposed by our courier.

Please be aware that at the moment we are not open for international orders, we can only ship within the UK.

Do you deliver on weekends and bank holidays?

We cannot guarantee delivery over the weekends or the bank holiday period due to restrictions imposed by our courier. If you require your order for these days then please order with enough time to ensure they arrive in time. Orders made after 4pm on Friday will not be shipped out until the next working day.

My purchase is damaged, can I get a refund?

Yes. If your drinks were dented/damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a refund. We don’t accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products we provide, but we are happy to consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our ‘Refund Policy’ for more information, or to begin the refund process please email hello@boozebox.co.uk.

My delivery is a gift for someone; can I add a note?

Yes! We would love to include a note for you. Before you complete your payment, leave a note for us in the “special instructions for seller” box and tell us what you’d like to say; simple as that!

I'm having trouble with the site, could someone give me a hand?
